Thornley Group Lean Executive and Champion training is carried out by professional trainers who are experienced as senior management practitioners in both Six-Sigma and Lean Operations. This course provides the detail required to enable a lean strategy to be developed. Whilst detailed in its content, it focusses on the organisational and strategic requirements of lean implementation. The structures that are required and the skills needed to create the lean organisation are presented along with a reasonable grounding in the lean tools. The training is for management to executive level individuals with responsibility to manage the implementation of lean operations.

Our Lean Executive and Champion training covers lean operations from the perspective of senior management. The principles and methodology of lean operations is covered to give visibility of the benefits and pitfalls. A detailed explanation of the tools and techniques, roles and responsibilites and the systems required to successfully implement lean operations is provided.
